Carmelo is Director of HR for the Alliance Healthcare Division. He joined the Group in 2002 as HR Director for Southern Europe. Prior to this, he was Group HR Director for Italy & Malta and Finance Manager for Swissair. He has also worked as HR Director for Telital Group and Bayerische Group.
