France: Pascal Regen becomes Chairman of Alloga France

From 3 September 2007, Pascal Regen becomes Chairman of Alloga France, Alliance Healthcare’s French pre-wholesale business. Pascal Regen will be responsible for the development of Alloga’s activities in France.

Pascal has been Chairman of the Chambre Syndicale Nationale des Dépositaires de Produits Pharmaceutiques (CSNDPP) since 2004, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Depolabo since 2006, where he began in 2000 as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Marco Capitani, Alloga Europe General Manager, commented: “The development of Alloga in France is one of our priorities. We need to adapt to the needs of the pharmaceutical manufacturers and develop our offering accordingly. Pascal Regen has the knowledge and expertise required to achieve this objective.”

Pascal Regen is a qualified doctor of medicine (1982, Paris V) and a graduate of the London Business School (1990). He began his career at Rhône Poulenc Santé (Europe, Middle East and Africa) as Head of International Products before joining Glaxo-Glaxo Wellcome (1988-1997) where he held a number of senior roles including Group Head, Network Director, Sales Director, Marketing Director and Business Unit Director. In 1997, he became Vice-President of Marketing at Smith Kline Beecham France and in 2000, Chairman of Depolabo.
