Our partnerships with independent pharmacists are at the heart of what we do at Alliance Healthcare.

Our heritage is firmly rooted in pharmacy - Pharmacists are important to us because:

• Many of the different businesses which have over the years combined to create today's Alliance Healthcare were originally founded by pharmacists.
• Many managers of the Division and its Business Units are themselves qualified pharmacists.
• The focus of our pharmaceutical wholesale activity is on satisfying the daily expectations, needs and requirements of pharmacists.
• We firmly believe that the pharmacist should remain at the heart of healthcare, and that the vital role of the pharmacist must be developed further to serve patients and customers.

That is why we are committed to continually developing our partnership with pharmacists, particularly as the role of the profession evolves. We aim to do this by ensuring that we continue to fully meet their needs and by expanding our service offering wherever possible.
